If The Coffin Fits...Wear It! Masquerader’s been giving Batman a very specific kind of grief: every clash ends with the Batsuit getting shredded. After the last fight, Bruce is down to his final spare—so he orders a fresh suit from his tailor, Sam Tweed.
Robin picks it up, and when they open the box in the Batcave, there’s a Masquerader costume packed in with the new Batsuit. Batman calls Tweed—then hears gunfire and Tweed collapsing on the line. The Duo rush over and find him barely alive as he’s taken to the hospital.
Batman tracks Masquerader to an abandoned site and gets pulled into a fight under infra-red lighting. The “new” suit locks up—stiffening and tightening until Batman can barely move. Reveal: Masquerader is Sam Tweed, and the whole tailor-victim setup was a trap to immobilize Batman in the rigged suit.
Batman counters by triggering sprinklers with a belt gadget, soaking the suit and restoring flexibility. Free again, he takes Tweed down and ends the scheme.
