Story synopsis Weather Wizard hits Gotham to lift three high-end treasures, and he plays it slick by posing as the “appraiser” the rich folks invite in. Robin’s sidelined with busted wrists, so Batman runs solo—until the Wizard turns Gotham into a deep-freeze and traps Bats in a block of ice. Robin tailing the trail keeps the case alive long enough for Batman to break out and bring the forecast to an abrupt arrest.
